Blueberry Kale Smoothie

  1. Wash a cup or two of curly green kale. Tear into small pieces and remove stalks.
  2. Put a cup or so of non-fat plain or vanilla greek yogurt in the blender.
  3. Add a handful of blueberries, kale, local honey and top with unsweetened almond coconut milk.
  4. Blend, adding more almond coconut milk to get the desired consistency.
