Garbanzo, Pinto and Pea Salad
- Start by washing a can of garbanzo and pinto beans. Try the Eden brand with no sodium if you can get it. Toss in a bowl.
- Add chopped celery, onions, carrots and any other salad favorite you have in the fridge. You can't go wrong with veggies.
- Shred in any fresh herbs that you have access to. I used dill, oregano, lemon thyme, basil and parsley.
- Toss with Braggs Organic Hawaiian Dressing and a touch of balsamic vinaigrette and refrigerate for a few hours.
