RASPBERRY AVOCADO SMOOTHIE
- Slice up a ripe avocado into chunks and toss in the blender.
- Add a cup or two of non-fat plain or vanilla greek yogurt.
- Grab a handful of raspberries (fresh if possible, frozen in the offseason) and add to the blender.
- Use a spoonful of local honey to sweeten the blend and use green tea to gain desired consistency.
